Winbox my is more than just another online entertainment platform. We are a company built on a deep understanding of Malaysian players' needs and habits — from the games they love, to the payment methods they use every day, to the language they feel most comfortable in.
Story winbox my began in 2018 when a group of technology and digital entertainment enthusiasts in Malaysia identified a significant gap in the local market. Platforms available at the time were largely geared towards foreign markets and frequently fell short for Malaysian users in terms of language, payment methods, and game selection. The winbox my founding team made the decision to build something truly made for Malaysia.
From our first office with just eight team members, winbox my has grown into a larger organisation with dedicated technology, operations, customer service, and legal compliance divisions. Every decision made – from interface design to game provider selection – always comes back to one question: "Is this the best we can do for our Malaysian players?"
